MUTU Certification Internasional has been approved by CARB (California Air Resources Board) in July 2008 as a Third Party Certifier through CARB Executive Order W-08-06 and given CARB-approved third party certifier assign number :TPC-6
With the approval, CARB gives an authority to Mutu Certification Internasional for conducting certification for the Manufacturer of composite wood products, (ATCM), title 17, California Code of Regulation, section 93120-93120.12.

THRID PARTY CERTIFIER ROLES :
As CARB- approved Third Party Certifier, MUTU Certification Internasional will :
1.    Verify the accuracy of the emission test procedures  and facilities used by the manufacturer to conduct formaldehyde Emission test,
2.    Monitor  manufacturer Quality Assurance Program as specified in california Code of Regulation section 93120.12 appendix 2, and
3.    Provide Independent audits and inspections.

In implementing Manufacturer's certification program, MUTU Certification applies the following guidelines :

MUTU Certification Internasional is a CARB-Approved third party certifier for the following composite wood products:

TEST METHOD
MUTU Certification Internasional has the testing facilities such as :
