26 Okt TAZKIYAH TOUR SEBAGAI TRAVEL UMRAH PERTAMA YANG MERAIH SERTIFIKAT ISO 9001:2008

Jumat (21/10) bertempat di Ballroom Hotel Four Points Sheraton Makassar telah diselenggarakan penyerahan Sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 kepada Tazkiyah Tour oleh PT Mutuagung Lestari. Tazkiyah Tour menjadi agen travel umrah pertama yang meraih pengakuan sertifikat ISO 9001. Dengan diraihnya Sertifikat ISO 9001 oleh Tazkiyah Tour, menjadi bukti pengakuan secara internasional untuk kinerja dan manajemennya dalam pelayanan umrah.
Penyerahan sertifikat ISO 9001 dari pihak PT Mutuagung Lestari diwakili oleh Ihwan A. Patiroy selaku Branch Manager PT Mutuagung Lestari Cabang Makassar kepada Direktur Utama PT Tazkiyah Global Mandiri, Ahmad Yani Fachruddin.
Ihwan menuturkan, bahwa sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 pada Tazkiyah Tour masuk dalam kategori layanan umrah. Sertifikat yang di dapat menjadikan Tazkiyah Tour sebagai travel umrah pertama yang mendapatkan ISO 9001.
“Pertama di Sulawesi Selatan dan bahkan pertama di Indonesia”, ujar Ikhwan.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari Direktur Utama PT Tazkiyah Global Mandiri, Ahmad Yani. Ahmad Yani mengucapkan hamdalah berkali-kali sebagai bentuk rasa syukurnya atas diraihnya Sertifikat ISO 9001 oleh Tazkiyah Tour. “Standarnya sangat tinggi, semua tahapan layanan kami diaudit ketat”, ujar Ahmad Yani.
Penyerahan Sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 oleh PT Mutuagung Lestari kepada Tazkiyah Tour dihadiri juga oleh Kepala Bidang Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah Kanwil Kementerian Agama Sulsel, Kanwad Hartono yang mengatakan, persaingan travel umrah di Sulsel sangat sengit. Makanya, semua perusahaan mesti menunjukkan yang terbaik. “Penghargaan ISO untuk Tazkiyah ini adalah bukti adanya komitmen untuk memberikan layanan maksimal”, ungkap Kanwad.
ISO 9001:2008 untuk Tazkiyah Tour berlaku dua tahun hingga September 2018. Acara penyerahan Sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 oleh PT Mutuagung Lestari kepada Tazkiyah Tour berjalan lancar.

Friday, Oct. 21, taking place at the Hotel Four Points Sheraton of Makassar a transfer of the certificate ISO 9001:2008 was granted to Tazkiah Tour from PT Mutuagung Lestari. Tazkiah Tour became the first Umrah tour Agency who reached acknowledgement of the certificate. The achievement to reach the certificate by Tazkiah was an international acknowledgement for its performance and management in the Umrah services.
The presentation of certificate was performed by Ihwan A. Patiroy, PT Mutuagung Lestari’s Makassar Branch Manager to the President Director of PT Tazkiah Global Mandiri Ahmad Yani Fachruddin. He said that the certificate will have Tazkiah Tour the first Umrah Travel Agent which is categorized in Umrah service, the first to get the ISO 9001:2008 certificate. “The first in South Sulawesi and even in Indonesia.” The event continued by a speech by Achmad Yani himself. He expressed his gratitude over and over again of the certificate successful achievement. “The standard is very high, all of the stages of our services were strictly audited.” Said Achmad Yani. The transferred certificate by PT Mutuagung Lestari was also attended by the Regional Office Head of the Haj and Umrah Implementation Ministry of Religions: Kanwad Hartono who said that the competitions of Umrah travels are very harsh in South Sulawesi. Therefore, all travel agents should show their best performance.
“The ISO 9001:2008 award to Tazkiah is proof that there is a commitment to give maximum services.” Explained Kanwad. The ISO for Tazkiah Tour is valid for two years until September 2018. The transfer of certificate ceremony was successful.
