VIOLATION REPORTING SYSTEM

PROTECTION FOR WHISTLEBLOWERS
The Company is committed to protecting whistleblowers to foster a sense of security and encourage them to confidently report violations. Protection for whistleblowers is provided in the form of maintaining the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, including name, telephone number, or any information that may be used to contact the whistleblower; protection against retaliatory actions from the reported party or other parties who may have an interest; and protection from pressure, employee rights violations, legal claims, loss of property, and even physical actions.


SUBMISSION OF VIOLATION REPORTS
The submission of violation reports may be carried out by whistleblowers to the Company’s management through the following email address:

COMPLAINT HANDLING
The Company ensures that all incoming violation reports will be promptly followed up by the relevant parties. Repeated and systematic violations will be reported to authorized officials who have the authority to implement corrective actions.


COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT PARTY
The Company’s whistleblowing system is managed by the Internal Audit Unit under direct supervision of and reporting to the Board of Directors. This unit will periodically review each incoming report for follow-up.


RESULTS OF COMPLAINT HANDLING
The implementation of the whistleblowing policy is considered effective as one of the methods for uncovering fraud. After a complaint is submitted, the report will be reviewed by the internal audit team to assess the possibility of violations or fraud. Throughout 2022, the Company did not receive any complaints or violation reports from employees or other parties.
