The Board of Commissioners as the Company’s monitoring and supervision body is directly responsible to the Shareholders. The Board of Commissioners also provides advice to the Board of Directors.

Guidelines regarding the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners have been regulated in the Board of Commissioners Charter.

The Company has an Independent Commissioner in accordance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies.
