A Green House Gases (GHG) is any gaseous compound in the atmosphere that is capable of absorbing infrared radiation, thereby trapping and holding heat in the atmosphere. By increasing the heat in the atmosphere, green house gases are responsible for the green house effect, which ultimately leads to global warming.
In order to reduce global warming effects due to the emission of the GHG many of global bodies both governmental and private institution together formulate standard for GHG emission reduction.
Mutu Certification International has been acknowledged as one of the CBs in GHG certification which provides type of desired criteria or standard for verification or validation, as follows:
The scope of verification/validation are: power generation and electric power transactions, agriculture-forestry and other land use (AFOLU), energy industries (renewable/non-renewablesources), energy distribution, energy demand, manufacturing industries, afforestation and reforestation (forestry), agriculture (agriculture, and animal waste management).
ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14064-2 accredited by KAN, the National Accreditation Committee, are the series of greenhouse gases management system that provide of sustainability program for organization to in crease efficiency in their business activities toward energy management.
JCM is the Joint Crediting Mechanism a Joint Committee between Japan and Indonesia government which has vision to reduce the carbon emission through energy saving by applying high energy- efficiency technology to the business activity in services, processing and/or manufacturing industries.
Climate Change Mitigation Action is a scheme introduced by Directorate General of Climate Change Control, Ministry of Environment and Forestry Republic of Indonesia. Objectives of this program is carbon emission reduction from various sectors in Indonesia.
Beside those above mentioned scopes, other validation or verification scopes may be provided by us on inquiry
