21 Feb Notifikasi Pembekuan Sertifikat RSPO PT Perkasa Subur Sakti subsidiary of Sime Darby Plantation Bhd

[:id]Berkenaan dengan adanya pengulangan ketidaksesuaian pada indicator Major dari hasil audit sebelumnya (ASA-1.1), PT Mutuagung Lestari melalui surat No: 714.28/EXT-MUTU/II/2019, menyatakan bahwa sertifikat MUTU-RSPO/026 dan PalmTrace PT Perkasa Subur Sakti dibekukan sejak 21 Februari 2019. Hal tersebut mengacu pada Sistem Sertifikasi RSPO 2017 Klausul 4.9.3 poin a, yang menjelaskan bahwa jika ada ketidaksesuaian major berulang pada indikator yang sama pada audit survaillance maka akan secara otomatis menyebabkan pembekuan sertifikat secara langsung.[:en]Due to the recurring of non-conformity in the major indicator from the results of the previous audit (RC-1), PT Mutuagung Lestari through letter No: 714.28/EXT-MUTU/II/2019, stated that the certificate MUTU-RSPO/026 and PalmTrace of PT Perkasa Subur Sakti was be suspended since 21 February 2019. This is refer to RSPO Certification System 2017 Clause 4.9.3 point a, which explains that if there is a recurring major non-compliances on the same indicator in successive surveillance audits will automatically lead to immediate suspension of the certificate.[:]
