The code of ethics regarding the Board of Commissioners and Directors of the Company is in principle regulated in the Charter of the Board of Commissioners and the Charter of the Directors.

Meanwhile, the employee code of ethics is generally regulated in the Company’s Company Regulations which are updated every 2 (two) years in accordance with applicable regulations and the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Every member of the Company is obliged to uphold and have integrity, professionalism, openness and be responsible for their functions and duties and have a sense of belonging to the Company.
