21 Apr EVALUASI PERIODIC VLEGT – VPA PADA LVLK / PENERBIT V-LEGAL PT MUTUAGUNG LESTARI
[:id]Senin, 17 April 2017 PT Mutuagung Lestari mendapat kunjungan dari tim evaluasi periodic VLEGT-VPA. Kegiatan ini dimoderatori oleh Siti Jamilah selaku Vice President Quality Assurance. Acara pembukaan diawali dengan penyampaian pengantar dari tim evaluasi, David Losuh, untuk menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan dilakukkannya evaluasi, jadwal waktu dan standar yang digunakan untuk evaluasi. Didik Heru Untoro selaku Executive Director Certification mewakili PT Mutuagung Lestari dalam memberikan sambutan pada kegiatan ini.
Metode yang digunakan dalam evaluasi ini dilakukan dengan cara desk study, wawancara dan pengamatan dari website. Setelah itu, personil terkait menyiapkan dokumen yang diperlukan dalam rangka evaluasi priodik VLEGT – VPA terutama pelaksanaan SLVK yang dilakukan oleh PT Muatuagung Lestari.
Secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan evaluasi periodic berjalan lancar dan kooperatif, dimana hasilnya didasarkan atas hasil wawancara, file rekaman dan dokumen yang dikumpulkan.

PT.MUTUAGUNG LESTARI[:en]On Monday, April 17th. PT Mutuagung Lestari received a visit from the team of VLEGT-VPA Periodically Evaluation. The activity was moderated by Ms. Siti Jamilah as the Company’s Vice President of Quality Assurance. The event was opened with an introduction by the evaluation team, represented by Mr. David Losuh, who convey his intention and purpose of evaluation, schedules and standards to be utilized for evaluation. Mr. Didik Heru Untoro as the company’s Executive Director for certifications, represented Mutuagung Lestari in addressing to the guest.
Methods used in this evaluation is the desk study, interviews and observance from the website. Afterwards, the personnel in charge will prepare documents needed in the framework of VLEGT-VPA product periodically evaluated, especially in execution by PT Mutuagung Lestari.
In general, the whole periodical evaluation went smoothly and cooperatively, and the results are based on interviews, documented archives collected.
