13 Sep SAMBUT IDUL ADHA, PT MUTUAGUNG LESTARI ADAKAN CERAMAH MOTIVASI

[:id]Jumat (9/9/2016)  PT Mutuagung Lestari menggelar ceramah motivasi dalam rangka memperingati Hari Raya Idul Adha 1437 H yang bertempat di Aula PT Mutuagung Lestari.

Didahului dengan coffee morning bersama,  acara  yang  diikuti oleh seluruh jajaran manajemen dan karyawan PT Mutuagung Lestari ini dimulai pada pukul 08.15 WIB, dimana sambutan dalam acara ini adalah Ahmad Fatah Anwar selaku Direktur PT. Mutuagung Lestari dan mengundang penceramah Ustaz Abdurrahman Yuri atau lebih dikenal dengan Aa Deda yang merupakan adik dari Ustaz AA Gym.

Dalam sambutannya Fatah Anwar mengatakan,”Kita bersyukur diberi kepercayaan untuk bisa bersama-sama membangun perusahaan dan memang harus kita semua yang membangun perkembangan perusahaan ini. Dulu ditahun 2012 karyawan perusahaan ini masih kurang lebih 150 orang, tapi sekarang sudah 350-an orang. Kegiatan makin besar, maka tanggungjawabnya juga makin besar”.

Fatah melanjutkan,”Kita ini diberi kepercayaan, Pemerintah Jepang percaya sama kita untuk memberikan sertifikat pengujian maupun inspeksi, lalu Amerika juga sama memberikan kepercayaannya ke kita. Kita juga dipercaya memberikan sertifikat untuk perkebunan yang baru-baru ini di Kupang, bagaimana caranya mengelola kebun agar ramah lingkungan”.

“Kita bisa berkembang seperti ini itu adalah karena kejujuran, syarat yang pertama adalah jujur, kedua berjiwa besar dan ketiga bijaksana. Bila itu saja kita pegang insyaallah kita bisa sukses”, ujar Fatah.

Setelah sambutan, langsung dilanjutkan dengan materi motivasi oleh Ustaz Aa Deda yang berjudul Bekerja Nikmat Bertambah Taat Berlimpah Manfaat.

Beliau mengatakan,”Ini adalah Perusahaan Sertifikat, dimana nilai sertifikasi itu orientasinya adalah kepercayaan. Kejujuran adalah predikat yang paling tinggi, perusahaan ini maju karena satu tadi yaitu karena percaya”.

Lanjut Aa Deda,”Lima tipe Pegawai yang pertama pegawai haram, kedua pegawai makruh, ketiga pegawai mubah, keempat pegawai sunah dan kelima pegawai wajib. Jadi Anda harus bisa mejadi Pegawai Wajib, dimana kehadirannnya sangat dibutuhkan”.

“Dan kemudian ada Empat Nikmat yang harus kita akui yang pertama mengakui nikmat penciptaan, kedua nikmat iman, ketiga nikmat sehat dan keempat adalah nikmat kesempatan, karena semua itu adalah nikmat dari Allah SWT jadi kita patut menyukuri semua nikmat yang telah Ia berikan kepada kita”, tutur Aa Deda

Materi yang disampaikan sangat atraktif dan membuat hangat suasana dengan diselingi candaan ringan. Acara tersebut berlangsung selama setengah hari, yang dilanjutkan kembali dengan rutinitas pekerjaan seperti biasa.

 [:en]Friday, Sept. 9^th Mutuagung presented a motivational internal seminar in the celebrating the Idul Adha day 1437H which took place in the Mutuagung hall.

Pre-commenced with a coffee morning meeting attended by management and all employees of the company, at 8:15 the gathering was opened by Mr. Ahmad Fatah Anwar as Director of PT Mutuagung Lestari and also an invited guest speaker Uztaz abdurachman Yuru or known as AA Deda who is the brother of the famous Uztaz Aa Gym.

In his speech Fatah Anwar said: “We should be thankful, as we are trusted together to develop this Company, as we should developing and building. In 2012 the Company employed less than 150 persons but nowadays there are 350 persons. As the activities growing more frequent, the responsibilities also becoming greater.

He continuously said: “We were once trusted by the Japanese Government to present testing certifications and America also give this trust to us. We were also trusted to give plantations. Recently in Kupang on how to manage plantations to be friendly environment.” “We have come to this stage because of honesty. Honesty is the first policy, secondly is great personality and thirdly is wisdom.”

After the speech it was directly continued with the subject of motivation presented by Uztaz Aa Deda entitled Enjoy Working, More Obedience, More Benefits. He said : “This is a company of certifications and its orientation is trustworthiness. Honesty is the highest virtue and the company has become successful due to trustworthiness.” He continued by saying: There are five kinds of employee: the first one is the haram employee, secondly is makruh, thirdly is mubah, fourthly sunah, and the fifth one is the wajib employee. Therefore, you have to be the wajib employee which his/her presence in the Company is really necessary.”

“Then there are four enjoys that we should acknowledge. The first is the Creation, second is faith, third is health and fourth is opportunity, as all of them are the enjoyables that we receive from Allah SWT so we should be thankful having all the joys He has given to us.” Said Aa Deda.

Subject of his speech was very attractive and made a happy atmosphere among all present with some funny anecdotes talks. The occasion lasted for a half day, and then routine tasks continued as usual.
