18 Agu Program In House Training Untuk Marketing Dalam Skala Nasional Oleh Mutu Certification International
[:id]Mutu Certification International mengadakan Program In House Training bagi Divisi Marketing berskala nasional, pada tanggal 14-16.
Tujuan dilaksanakan IHT ini, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap produk jasa yang ada di Mutu Certification International.
IHT dibuka oleh, Presiden Direktur, Arifin Lambaga. Presiden Direktur, mengungkapkan bahwa seorang Marketer harus mampu menyampaikan pemahamannya tentang semua layanan yang ada Mutu Certification International
Arifin Lambaga, juga mengutarakan bahwa perlu ditanamkan jiwa-jiwa tangguh dan tak kenal lelah dalam memasarkan jasa perusahaan, sehingga meraih kepercayaan pasar
Budi Sarwono, selaku Executive Vice Presiden Operasional 3 memberikan materi mengenai ISO 9001:2015 dan konsep dasar dari sistem manajemen Mutu. Ia menjelaskan bahwa ada perbedaan antara ISO 9001:2008 dan ISO 9001:2015. Diharapkan agar semua sales dapat memahami perbedaan tersebut, sehingga calon klien dapat lebih mengerti kebututuhan sertifikasi yang tepat buat Industrinya.
Hari kedua, dilanjutkan oleh Theresia Dwi Astuti, seorang motivator eksternal. Theresia memberikan motivasi kepada seluruh sales agar terus berusaha menjadi seorang salesman yang tangguh dan selalu termotivasi dalam menjembatani layanan yang tepat dan informatif.
Hari ketiga, di isi oleh, Dr. Firman Kurniawan, Tenaga Ahli Komunikasi dan Pemasaran Mutu Certification International. Ia memberikan materi terkait Strategi Pemasaran Jasa kepada seluruh sales agar lebih mengenal pasar serta fokus pada jasa dan informasi.
Tati Maryati, selaku Executivet Vice Presiden Marketing, Mutu Certification International, memberikan materi Mapping Strategy yang berproyeksi pada tahun sebelumnya, untuk kegiatan yang akan datang.
Tati Maryati, berharap setelah dilakukan IHT Nasional, seluruh sales di Mutu Certification International dapat memahami dan mengimplementasikannya dengan baik dan benar serta tepat sasaran dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
[:en]Mutu Certification International held an in-house Training Program for its Marketing Division, on the 14-16th. last. Purpose of the IHT is to improve understandings to the products and services available in the Company.
In-house Training was opened by the President Director, Mr. Arifin Lambaga, who said that a marketer should express his/her understandings regarding all the products and services within Mutu Certification International. He also pointed out to the participants for them to have tough spirits, continuing to market Company’s products and services, to reach market’s trust in them.
Mr. Budi Sarwono, as the Operational-3 Executive Vice-President conveyed his subject material of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and the standard concepts of Quality Management. He explained that there are differences between the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 Standards. He hoped that Sales Force understand the differences, so that clients to be could understand also the right requirements for their industrial certifications.
The second day was continued by Ms. Theresia Dwi Astuti, an external motivator. She motivated the whole sales force to keep trying to be though sales persons and be always motivated in conveying the right information and services to clients.
In the third day, Dr. Firman Kurniawan, Mutu Certification’s Communications and Marketing Expert instructed in a subject regarding the Services Marketing Strategy. He urged that the sales force to be well acquainted to the services and information.
Ms. Tati Maryati, the Marketing Executive Vice-President of Mutu Certification International conveyed her subject on the Mapping Strategy: Projection from past year results for the next year’s activities. She hoped that after the National scale in-house training, all members of the Company’s sales force will be well prepared and implement the right targets in fulfilling Company’s goals.
