Di semester awal Tahun 2017 tepatnya pada hari Senin, 27 Maret 2017, PT Mutuagung Lestari  menyelenggarakan pelatihan IHT Customer Satisfaction dengan jumlah peserta 15 orang yang terdiri dari Top Manajemen, middle manajemen, marketing dan auditor.  Bertindak sebagai narasumber adalah Dr. Ir. Budi Saharjo MS yang merupakan salah satu dosen di IPB. Mewakili manajemen PT Mutuagung Lestari, Tony Arifiarachman selaku Direktur Sertifikasi membuka kegiatan IHT Customer Satisfaction tersebut. Dalam pembukaan IHT, Tony Arifiarachman menyampaikan harapannya agar kedepan PT Mutuagung Lestari dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada klien.

Teriring perkembangan jaman dan teknologi yang terus mengalami perubahan, kesadaran akan perlunya memberi kepuasan kepada klien sebagai bentuk improvement menuju kemajuan PT Mutuagung Lestari menjadi salah satu tujuan diadakannya IHT Customer Satisfaction.

PT.MUTUAGUNG LESTARI[:en]In the 1st. semester of this year or on Monday, March 27th. PT Mutuagung Lestari held a training called In-house Training on Customers Satisfaction with participations of 15 persons, consisting of the top, middle management, marketing division and some auditors. The expert speaker of this training was Dr. Budi Saharjo who is a lecturer at the Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB). Representing the Company was the Director of Certification: Mr. Tony Arifiarachman who also opened the In-house Training with an expectation that in the future Mutuagung Lestari will be able to give more satisfaction to its clients.

With the developments in the age of technology with changes in awareness toward giving satisfactions to the Corporation’s customers, this purpose of Customer Satisfaction training was programmed by the Company.
