18 Mar Notifikasi Pembekuan Sertifikat RSPO PT Arindo Trisejahtera anak perusahaan First Resources Limited

[:id]Berkenaan dengan adanya keberulangan ketidaksesuaian pada indicator Major dari hasil audit sebelumnya (Initial Certification), PT Mutuagung Lestari melalui surat No.1104.28/EXT-MUTU/III/2019, menyatakan bahwa sertifikat MUTU-RSPO/113 dan PalmTrace PT Arindo Trisejahtera dibekukan sejak 18 Maret 2019. Hal tersebut mengacu pada Sistem Sertifikasi RSPO 2017 Klausul 4.9.4 jika terdapat lima (5) atau lebih ketidaksesuaian indicator major dalam satu (1) prinsip saat audit surveillance, maka akan secara otomatis menyebabkan pembekuan sertifikat secara langsung.[:en]Due to the recurring of non-conformity in the major indicator from the results of the previous audit (Initial Certification) and there are six (6) major nonconformities on the principle 4, PT Mutuagung Lestari through letter No. 1104.28/EXT-MUTU/III/2019 stated that the certificate MUTU-RSPO/113 and PalmTrace of PT Arindo Trisejahteta was be suspended since 18 March 2019. This is refer to RSPO Certification System 2017 Clause 4.9.4, which explains that if there are five (5) or more major indicator nonconformities in one (1) principle during a surveillance audit, then automatically the certificate is immediately suspended.
