03 Agu Pelatihan Audit Internal ISO 9001:2015 Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan Kementerian Pertanian

[:id]MUTU Insitutute kembali dipercaya untuk memberikan Pelatihan Audit Internal ISO 9001:2015 bagi 35 personil Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan (Ditjenbun) Kementerian Pertanian pada tanggal 2-3 Agustus 2017, berlokasi di Izi Hotel Bogor. Pelatihan Audit Internal ISO 9001:2015 dibuka oleh, Drs. Dudi Gunadi, B.Sc, M.Si, selaku Direktur Perlindungan Perkebunan.

Dudi Gunadi, B.Sc, M.Si, menyampaikan tujuan penyelenggaran pelatihan ini adalah mematangkan persiapan sertifikasi yang akan dilakukan oleh direktorat jenderal perkebunan pada tahun 2017 serta peningkatan kompetensi personil terkait standard ISO 9001:2015. Dengan diimplementasikannya sistem manajemen mutu diseluruh kegiatan di Ditjenbun diharapkan organisasi dapat berjalan dengan baik untuk mencapati tujuan dan menjadi contoh untuk bagian lainnya.

Materi audit internal ISO 9001:2015 disampaikan oleh, Recky Hendra Saputra, selaku trainer Mutu Institute dibidang Manajemen Sistem. Materi pelatihan yang disampaikan selama dua hari meliputi tujuan dan sasaran pelatihan teknik audit internal sesuai ISO 19011:2011, terminologi dan definisi, jenis-jenis audit, prinsip-kompetensi-sikap auditor, pengelolaan program audit internal, workshop pembuatan program audit, proses dan tahapan pelaksanaan audit, workshop dan simulasi audit (pembuatan jadwal audit, pengembangan audit checklist, simulasi audit internal, pembuatan temuan audit, pembuatan laporan hasil audit) serta presentasi hasil audit.

 [:en]Mutu Institute, gain was trusted to perform a training of ISO 9001:2015 Internal Audit for 35 personnel of the Plantations Directorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture, on the 2 and 3 August, located at the Izi Hotel in Bogor. The training was opened by Mr. Dudi Gunadi, the Director of Plantation Protection.

Mr. Gunadi said that the aim of the training is to well prepare for the certifications which will be executed by the Directorate General this year and to increase competences of its personnel about the Standard of ISO 9001:2015. The implementation of Quality Management System in all Directorate General activities, he hoped that the organization will run well in reaching its goals and be a good example for other Departments.

Audit subjects in the ISO 9001:2015 training was instructed by Mr. Recky Hendra Saputra, Mutu Institute’s trainer in Management System. Subject materials of the two days training covering the goals and technical targets according to ISO 190011:2011 standard, the terminologies and definitions, kinds of audits, auditors attitude in competency principles, management of internal audit, program audit plan, process and stages in execution of audits, workshop and simulation of audit (audit schedule planning, developments of audit checklist, internal audit simulation, how to make audit findings, how to make audit results) and presentation of audit’s results.
